How to Improve your Self-Esteem.

The term "self-esteem", one of the oldest concepts in psychology, first appeared as a coinage of American psychologist and philosopher William James in 1890. It involves one's mental perception of one's qualities and not of one's physical features.

Most people's feelings and thoughts about themselves regularly change based on their daily experiences. How well you do in an exam, how your friends treat you, the ups and downs in a relationship, these can all have a temporary impact on your wellbeing.
