Okay, so last nite my mate and I decided to have a few in a smoke filled room and today I feel tired and sluggish. Now, although I have an easy AND enjoyable way to detox I am slapping myself up the side of the head just for drinking in the middle of the week!
Ugh... I gotta go to work like this?
! Well it's not so bad, in fact by midday I KNOW I will feel a whole lot better because 1st I practice a simple daily detox routine and that routine will clean out the junk I poured into my body last nite! Thank goodness I found out how to do this or today would be horrible.
